1, Core feature of fixed UAV detector
This type of small fixed UAV detector equipment relies on passive reception of radio signals to identify the UAV, without actively emitting electromagnetic signals.
Work logic: Capture wireless signals emitted by drone remote controllers and image transmission links.
As long as turn on and flying the drones, this fixed UAV detector will detect the drones, and cannot avoid detection through silent flight.
Advantages of adapting to private scenarios:
1, Not affected by day and night, rain and fog, and backlighting, supporting 24/7 uninterrupted duty
2, Zero active radiation, will not interfere with home WiFi, mobile phone signals, and will not cause neighborhood signal disputes
3, Compact in size, can be hidden under eaves or walls. It does not damage the landscape, and does not expose the location of security deployment
4, Equipped with IP66 outdoor protection. It can adapt to complex environments such as outdoor sun exposure and rain for a long time
2, Suggestions for using in private setting
Private detached villa/estate: Only the drones above the own courtyard will trigger an alarm, and set the warning method to silent reminder through a mobile app. High decibel sound and light alarms will not be installed to avoid disturbing surrounding residents.
Private collection hall/collection warehouse: detect alarms and synchronize them with the existing home security monitoring system. If the fixed uva detector detected a intruded drone, immediately activate the camera to turn and collect evidence, report to the public security immediately.
Private cultural and tourism campsites: Prior to entering the park, inform visitors of the deployment of low altitude detection, synchronize warning information with patrol security. And first investigate the position of the drone pilot if found any violations, and provide guidance for compliance.
Private temporary events (equestrian events, private gatherings): Submit a temporary airspace and equipment usage application in advance. But should dismantle the equipment immediately after the event, and report the dismantling situation to the regulatory department afterwards.
3, Installation location of fixed UAV detector according to the protection area
The size of the protection area determines the number of fixed UVA detector layouts and installation schemes.
Within 500 square meters (ordinary standalone with courtyard): Only one unit. Install it on the top of the lamp post on the roof or inside the courtyard wall. The height is about 3-5 meters, and no wall or tree obstruction.
500-2000 square meters (small private collection hall): Deploy 2 units. Install each units at two diagonally high points in the area, with a height of 4-6 meters. Meantime, it must to form cross coverage and eliminate detection blind spots.
2000-10000 ㎡ (small and medium-sized campsites): Deploy one unit every 3000 ㎡. Set up street lights and monitoring poles along the inner perimeter of the campsite, with a height of 5 meters, covering the entire campsite.
Over 10000 square meters (large private estates): Deploy one unit every 200 meters to form a detection defense line along the periphery, and complete early warning before the drone enters the core area.
4, Multi device system collaboration
Local LAN networking: All devices are connected to internal WiFi, not to the public network. Because it can avoid detecting data leaks, and can work normally even in a disconnected state.
Hierarchical warning setting: When peripheral devices detect drones approaching the airspace boundary, only push the low-level reminders. If the core area equipment detects the entry of a drone into the protected area, the fixed UAV detector immediately triggering a high-level alarm and synchronously pushing location information.
Cross validation to eliminate false alarms: Multiple devices simultaneously compare the wireless signal characteristics of the same drone, filtering out false alarms generated by civilian wireless devices, significantly reducing the probability of false alarms, and calculating the drone’s flight trajectory.
